"I wasn't trying to leave a legacy. I was tryinng to do what was right."

-Dean Smith

Reflection: This quote is reflecting that doing what's right is always good. Dean Smith showed us that by always staying humble, doing what he does as a father, friend, and coach. By a resource it showed how close he was to his team. Dean Smith made them feel important for the team. The team reflect the coach. How they communicate, work as a team, look out for one another. Dean Smith character showed that he was a humble man, well respected by everyone. It's not always about leaving a legacy. It matters what becomes of it. All coach Dean wanted was to do what was right, and he sure did.

"It's not about how to achive your dreams. It's about how to lead your life. If you lead your life the RIGHT WAY, the karma (destiny, fortune, good luck) will take care of itself. The dreams will come to you."
- Dr. Randy Pausch

Reflection: This quote is reflecting that it isn't what dream you want to achieve. It's about how you lead your life the right way. If you lead it the right way the dreams will come to you. Your life is basically your dreams. Dream a bigger dream. It all can happen if you lead it right. I think this quote is true because I've seen it happen through Dr. Randey's last lecture. He had many up's and down's but he still dreaming. It is showing not to give up on a dream. There is no limit to your dream everything is possible if you don't let anything keep you believing.

"Of all the work that is done or that can be done for our country, the greatest is that of educating the BODY, the MIND, and above all the CHARACTER, giving spiritual and moral training in those who in a few years are themselves to decide the destinies of the nation."
- Theodore Roosevelt

Reflection: This quote is reflecting that the body, mind, and character are the keyThe key of creating our own destinies that define the nation.  Giving spiritual and moral training. It takes patience as well, everything comes when it's most needed. With every individual comes an idea that can change our future. Being educated is the start of body, mind, and character. I think this quote is true because it is the way we are being taught today. We get to make our decision that makes us who we are. We get challenged see what becomes of us. Whatever, becomes of us defines our true character.

"Take responsibility for YOUR OWN body, mind, and spirit, for your own physical, mental, and spiritual well-being."
Mr. C.S. Haymore

Reflection: The quote is reflecting that it's your own responsibility to take care of yourself. It always leads up to you, your body, mind, and spirit. All is what we need  to take responsibility of. If you don't take responsibility everything could turn into a disaster. You won't be doing good in school, home, outside activities, etc. It's better to take care of it now when you have the opportunity. Everything is important because we use it daily. It all dependa how you use it. With or without responsibility. If you take responsibility everything will turn out the way you want it. It'll make you feel acomplished. I believe in this quote because it's true if you take responsibility of yourself you'll feel proud of yourself.

"Intelligence is not enough. Intelligance plus character, that is the goal of true education."
-Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

Reflection: This quote is reflecting that being intelligiant doesn't always matter. It matters is that you use it correctly. If you use it correctly then that is what it makes a true education. Education can be anything what makes it different is if it really is true education. Example most of us go to school, nothing changes teachers teach the lesson and students learn the leason, but when a person uses intelligiance and character that is a new different story. You obsorb the lesson, study the lesson and work hard with it and completed the task. That true education changes the way of education. I like about this quote is because it makes you think. I think this quote is true. It can impact you and change you for the good.

"We need the courage to START and CONTINUE what we should do, and the courage to STOP what we shouldn't do."
- Richard L. Evans

Reflection: This quote is reflecting that do what's right and don't do what's wrong. We need ourselfs to encourage to do what's right. If you do what's right your going to feel good about it and about yourself. It can impact someone to start doing what they always should do. We can also encourage people to stop what they shouldn't do as well. If they continue like that it won't last forever what they shouldn't do. An example we can help do a beach cleanup, thats a way he are all helping everybody. Making the beach more clean then how it has to be. Another example can be stop encouraging friends to cheat off you. They need to start studying for the tests, quizzes, hw, etc. The more they continue the more they won't stop.

"When you Tell One Lie, it leads to Another"
- Paul Hatch

Reflection: This quote reflects that a lie can never stop. A lie can be pield up until it bursts. When you start lying comes consequences. Your parents aren't going to have trust on you. You'll friends won't have faith in you anymore because they don't know to believe you. I think this quote is true because everyone does it in a point in time but, some have a way to stop. They know how to stop by thinking lying is bad. Or I was taught not to lie. When lying at first you feel good but then in the end it doesn't. It's better to face the fact than to cover cause everyone makes mistakes.
School Break Days

What I did during my school break days is helped my siblings with their homework, babysitted my siblings, went to play basketball, watched movies, helped my mom clean the house, and watched tv. The places I went were the school gym for my games, and just at home all the time. I met people through my friends. The movies I watched were The Mazerunner : Schorch Trials, Minions, Hotel Transylvannia 2, San Andreas, and Terminator Genysis. I played basketball tournament during break, and watched soccer with my dad. Also played soccer and basketball at the park. Some CTR expiereces I had were inviting someone who was feeling lonely and watched movies which made the person happy. Surprised my mom on cleaning the house. I did not read books but, I watched movies based on books. I didn't have homework but, I helped my siblings with homework. I invited friends over my house to watch movies. while I was playing the basketball tournament I had hurt my knee and my mom friend had to massage me.
