U.S Navy Hospital Corpsman

Duties and Responsibilities: A Navy Corpsman job is to help provide healthcare to Navy and Marine Corps members and their families. Mostly they work on wide variety of capacities and location. They perform duties of assistants in the prevention and treatment of disease or injury and also assist healthcare professionals providing care to sailors and families.


Salary: $2,530 monthly

Education: Men and Women need to be at age 17-34 to be enlisted as navy hospital corpsman. They also need a minimum Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery combine test score for the hospital corpsman rating of 149. Must have a high school diploma. Also you can’t become a navy corpsman if you had a past of drug abuse or adjudicated in your past history record.

Demand of Profession: 23% 2012-2022

Reflection: I think i might be interested in it. At the same time I’m not. Because I don't want to die.
